This policy explains what personal data we process, why and on what legal basis, following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Who is the data controller
The controller is the owner of the site: Adrián Álvarez Alonso, self-employed, trading as Ohmu Online Operations. Their identifying details, tax ID, address and email address are in the data block on this page.
What data we collect
- What you send us. In the contact form: name, email address, company, website address and the content of your message. Only the fields you choose to fill in are stored.
- Server technical data. The hosting provider records IP address, browser and the pages requested. It keeps the service secure and the deliveries fast.
- Nothing else. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising profiles. You can read that in the cookie policy.
Why we process it and on what basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry | What you send in the form | Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where the enquiry is part of a negotiation, pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) |
| Keeping the site running and safe | Server technical logs | Legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f) and compliance with legal obligations |
| Sending you information about our services | Email address | Consent, until you withdraw it |
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or for advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and, afterwards, for as long as it takes to handle a possible claim. Technical logs are kept under the hosting provider’s own policies, published in its privacy notice.
Who we share it with
- The hosting provider, which acts as processor and only handles the data on our instructions.
- The email service that receives the message.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data or hand it over for commercial purposes.
International transfers
Hosting runs on a global network with servers in the United States and in the European Union. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for the processing to be opposed or limited, for portability, and for consent to be withdrawn. You can also ask that no automated decisions be taken about your data.
Write to the email address on this page, stating which right you want to exercise and how to identify yourself. We answer within one month at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the provider applies encryption in transit and access controls. No system is infallible: if a breach affected your data, we would tell you and notify the competent authority.
Minors
This site is addressed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If the processing changes in any relevant way, we update this page and the date of the last review.
